About Stacey-The Unfiltered Coach
I’m not a coach that learned this from a textbook. I learned it from life.
I spent over two decades in healthcare, as a Medical Assistant, Care Coordinator, Clinic Manager and Peer Support Specialist. I’ve sat across from people in some of their hardest moments and helped them find a path forward. But before I could do any of that well, I had to do it for myself first. I also studied Psychology at Penn State, which deepened my understanding of human behavior and why we do what we do, even when we know better.
I know what it’s like to be completely lost inside your own life. To be surviving instead of living. To make choices that don’t look like you, because somewhere along the way, you stopped knowing who you were. I’ve been in relationships that broke me down piece by piece. I’ve carried grief that didn’t have a name. I’ve tried to fix myself in all the wrong ways before I found the right ones.
And I found the other side.
Not because someone handed it to me, but because I did the work. The uncomfortable, unglamorous, real work of looking at my patterns, taking accountability, and choosing myself over and over again even when I didn’t know how.
That’s what I bring into every coaching session.
I’m not here to tell you what to do. I’m here to help you figure out what you already know and what’s been getting in the way of acting on it. I believe in your capacity to change. I believe accountability is an act of love toward yourself. And I believe that healing doesn’t require perfection, just honesty and a willingness to keep showing up.
If you’ve been through hard things and you’re ready to stop just getting through it, I’d love to work with you.
You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be ready to start.
